dear log reader,
if you are reading this, it means you have been granted access to the Sensitive Council’s Logs.
As an Encoder, it is my duty to document the events and experiences of Sensitives, and report them to the Archivist for the benefit of our community.
Sensitives have existed for centuries, rare humans with enhanced senses that allow them to connect with the world in ways impossible for others. However, it was not until the Resonance Event of 2020 that a new wave of Sensitives emerged. This Report logs events spanning from January 02, 2020, to August 21, 2021, following Sus, a young man who discovers his Sensitivity during the period and pursues becoming a Sense-Shifter.
This part of the log, 00 – Rationale, would function as the glossary for log readers, a section that provides definitions of important terms and concepts that are discussed throughout the document. Aiming to be a resource log readers can consult to better understand the information presented in the report and fully grasp the implications of the events and our findings.
The script was also translated into a more common language for the log readers.

note to report readers:
The report was created using logs made from the different materials, mediums, and moments available to the encoder for logging the memories.
As these aren’t raw records, perceptual biases of the encoder may have affected the translation.
Cases of Memory Distortion may be expected.
it has been observed that perceptual biases may also induce memory distortion cases and potentially exponentiate the effects as more log readers get involved.
As the cases of memory distortion may often lead to severe cases of reality distortion, it is highly recommended to extract, explore, and expand available information to draw proper analysis and/or conclusions when accessing relics created by anyone.
